The Location
Alykes is one of the most renowned tourist resorts on the island. It is situated 17km from the city of Zakynthos and 22km from the airport. Its name comes from the large salt flats located in this area which are called Alykes in Greek.
The beach is organized with sunbeds and umbrellas and a few beach bars. Close by, you will find tavernas, shops, bars and restaurants.
